This information will include personal details such as name, address, occupation, gender, ethnic origin, marital status, geographical location and other such personal data.

We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office. This information is collected at the commencement, during and in some cases after your case concludes. This information will be used internally by Leeds Family Law Ltd to monitor marketing tools, marketing efficiency and promotional material will be sent out to you unless you confirm in writing that you wish to opt out. This information also helps to analyse our clients and help us with further business planning to include strategic and commercial development. None of this information is made public.

The information that we collect can be accessed by any employee of Leeds Family Law Ltd for functions relating to business activities only. Personal use of this information is expressly prohibited.

Her Majesty's Courts Service
